Our Dough

What can we say? It’s our family recipe, perfected over 40 years in Brooklyn. Just before we opened in 1998, we spent a week in the kitchen adjusting the recipe for the humidity and differences in the water. Now, the greatest compliment our customers give us is when they say it is just like the pizza they remember from Brooklyn!

Our dough is made daily rolled by hand
